Adam is one of Britain’s most respected modern chefs, best known as the founder of Trinity in Clapham, which has held a Michelin star since 2016 alongside three AA Rosettes. As Chair of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, he sits at the very heart of the UK’s culinary landscape, championing craft, seasonality and the next generation of chefs. For this Test Match, Adam will curate a bespoke match-day menu exclusively for our guests in the Mark Butcher Suite at the Kia Oval, bringing his signature style of refined British cooking to the cricketing stage. Expect elegant, ingredient-led dishes designed to match the rhythm of the day, from relaxed early hospitality through to standout plates served between sessions.
